Ticket Protection Insurance with ERV

When you buy your concert tickets for the Montreux Jazz Festival, you can choose to add cancellation insurance in partnership with ERV, a Swiss expert in travel insurance.

This insurance protects your tickets if something unexpected stops you from attending a concert — in cases covered by the insurance policy.

Unexpected things can happen. With this coverage, you can get a refund if you need to cancel your visit for reasons such as:

• Serious illness or accident (you or a close family member)

• Death of a family member

• Pregnancy complications

• Major damage to your home (fire, flood, burglary)

• Unexpected loss of your job

HOW TO ADD IT ? 

When buying your tickets online, simply check the “Ticket Protection” option. The insurance cost will be automatically added to your order.

NEED TO USE YOUR INSURANCE?

If something unexpected covered by the insurance prevents you from attending the concert:

• Contact ERV directly to report your situation.

• Provide the required supporting documents (medical certificate, official proof, etc.).

• ERV will handle your request and let you know the next steps.

GOOD TO KNOW

• If the concert is cancelled by the Montreux Jazz Festival, the insurance fees will not be refunded.

• The insurance only applies to the situations defined in the general conditions.

• Tickets bought with ticket protection cannot be resold on our website.
