Accessibility offer

The Montreux Jazz Festival offers a dedicated offer for people with disabilities

Orders will be processed from the programme announcement on 31 March 2026 at 11:00 AM. in order of receipt and subject to availability.

The offer includes:

A reserved seat in the Accessibility Area at a reduce rate (12% off the standing ticket rate)
A free ticket for one companion (if needed, our trained accessibility team can also assist you)
Access to specially designated areas for people with disabilities
A dedicated team trained to welcome and assist people with disabilities
This offer is available to all people with permanent disabilities, regardless of the type of disability (motor, sensory, cognitive, psychological, etc.)

Limited availability – To ensure everyone’s comfort, we only accept one companion per concert.

Ordering process

Complete the order form on computer or in print (available on the right side of this page)
Send it per email to accessibility@mjf.ch, at least 24 hours before the concert
Tickets are guaranteed upon confirmation from our team and receipt of payment.

The Accessibility offer is reserved for people with a permanent disability. Temporary conditions, such as a broken leg, do not qualify for this offer.

In such cases, a standard ticket can be purchased through our official channels. Visitors are welcome to stop by the Accessibility Stand on the day of the event: if space is available, the team will do their best to accommodate. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and drop-ins are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
