Refund Lenny Kravitz
Unfortunately, Lenny Kravitz’s tour, initially postponed to 2021, has now been cancelled for reasons beyond our control.
Here is Lenny Kravitz’s official message, communicated this morning, July 8, 2020:
“To all of my friends in Europe, I am regretfully reaching out to let you know that my “Here To Love” tour dates will not be rescheduled at this time due to the currentimpact of COVID-19 around the world. I was looking forward to coming to play for you, but at this moment, it is most important to make sure that you all, as well as my band and crew remain safe and healthy.
I hope to be back to see you all soon in a safe environment. We are all one. Let’s band together and Let Love Rule.”
We make you aware of the fact that ticket service providers currently receive an enormous number of refund requests due to the numerous cancellations of events due to Coronavirus. As a result, these providers are no longer able to guarantee repayment terms. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
To be refunded (within 90 days), we kindly please you to proceed as mentioned below by the 08.08.20:

You will be automatically refunded on the credit card used at the time of purchase. A fee of CHF 5.- will be charged in accordance with the Swiss Music Promoters Association recommendations and our terms of sale.
Tickets ordered from Ticketcorner:
- Print@home and Mobile tickets: Those orders that were booked via the delivery method print@home or Mobile and paid by credit card, TWINT, PayPal or Postfinance can be cancelled directly by us and the amount can be credited to the credit card, TWINT, PayPal or Postfinance account used. A fee of CHF 5.- will be charged in accordance with the Swiss Music Promoters Association recommendations.

For your own safety, we recommend that you return the tickets to us by registered mail. Tickets that do not arrive at Ticketcorner cannot be refunded.
Upon receipt of the returned tickets, we will credit the appropriate amount to the credit card, TWINT, PayPal or Postfinance account used for the order.
If the tickets are not returned by the purchaser, please provide us with your account details for the refund as follows: Name and address of the bank, IBAN number (CH… … … … … … .) and name and address of the account holder.
A fee of CHF 5.- will be charged in accordance with the Swiss Music Promoters Association recommendations.
- Tickets purchased at the points of sale:
please go to the point of sale where you purchased your ticket. The points of sale will take care of the refund. Please DO NOT SEND tickets purchased at a point of sale by mail to Ticketcorner.
