Superweak
Superweak is a collaboration that blurs genre boundaries between singer-songwriter Gaspar Narby and the post-pop duo Express Therapy. Born during jam sessions in their hometown of Porrentruy, Switzerland, and shaped during a one-week residency in Gaspar’s London studio, the project explores all the nuances of pop, merging lyrical vulnerability with sunny, eclectic production. Rooted in indie and inspired by artists such as Gorillaz, Glass Animals, and Alex G, Superweak blends lo-fi electronics, melodic pop, and singer-songwriter intimacy. Lyrically, their debut EP reflects the insecurity of being in one’s twenties, toxic masculinity, and the chaotic beauty of love. The result? A sound that is both nostalgic and futuristic, as introspective as it is fun.
