Polygonia (special house set)
Polygonia is a multidisciplinary artistic and musical project led by Munich-based artist Lindsey Wang. Drawing on a background in acoustic instruments and a keen interest in cultural diversity, she creates colorful electronic music, enriched by complex sound design and rhythms that are as elaborate as they are spellbinding. Her work is defined by a dynamic fusion of genres, resulting in a unique sonic signature that defies rigid categorization. Elements of techno, bass music, breakbeat, house, electro, grey area, and IDM intertwine throughout her productions. This fluid approach is evident in releases such as her album Dream Horizons (2025) on Dekmantel or the EP Otro Mundo (2023) on Bambe, with nature remaining a recurring source of inspiration for her.
Whether through her DJ sets or live performances, Polygonia explores a broad emotional spectrum, adapting her shows to the time and atmosphere. Since 2023, she has been a resident at the BLITZ club in Munich. Beyond her solo work, she co-founded the collective and label IO in 2018 and launched her own label, QEONE, in 2022. In 2021, she formed the electric jazz trio Lyder and continues to explore the intersection between electronic music and jazz through her collaboration with drummer Simon Popp. In 2025, she also co-founded the audio software company DSP Dealer.
