Peggy Gou

Peggy Gou has become one of the most influential figures in global electronic music, blending underground roots with pop appeal. A Korean-born, London-educated DJ, producer and founder of Gudu Records, Gou made her mark with hit tracks like It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)Starry NightI Go, and her 2023 smash (It Goes Like) Nanana, released on XL Recordings. Her timeless sets, shaped by a wide spectrum of influences, have taken her to the world’s top festivals and clubs, from Glastonbury to Dekmantel. With a distinct artistic vision and a bold presence, Peggy Gou bridges the underground and mainstream with ease and elegance.

Launched in 2022, the Audemars Piguet Parallel experience became a highlight of the MJF’s two-week programme. Returning for the 59th edition of the festival, this series of free musical immersions is developed by the watchmaker in collaboration with the Montreux Jazz Festival. Designed as an interlude taking place during the festival’s activities, this event is part of the brand’s APxMusic programme and offers a moment lost in time by giving select artists the opportunity to perform at intimate concerts in unexpected locations in the region.
