Melanie Havens

Melanie Havens, a São Paulo native now based in Berlin, is a standout DJ known for eclectic and dynamic sets that move fluidly across sonic landscapes. From wave and Italo disco to EBM, electroclash, new beat, dark disco, techno, synthpop, and post punk, her selections are driven by vibrant synths and powerful basslines.

Beyond the booth, Melanie is a writer and curator for The Brvtalist, as well as a resident at its events. She has brought her sound to dance floors around the world, with appearances in New York, Paris, Bogotá, Shanghai, and beyond. She is also the founder of Klaash!, a party dedicated to electroclash and adjacent sounds.

Her mixes have been featured on platforms such as Rinse and KEXP, alongside standout sets for KHIDI and Bloody Mary’s Dame Music. With a global presence and a deeply curated and versatile sound, Melanie continues to build momentum across the underground circuit.
