Seven years ago, Ezra Collective was invited to Montreux for the legendary Quincy Jones birthday party. This year, the London quintet will perform its first full-fledged concert at the Festival. Formed in 2012, Ezra Collective infuses their jazz with a unique energy, mixing hip-hop, salsa, dub, gospel, house and reggae into a jubilant melting pot. In 2023, the group created a sensation in England by becoming the first jazz group to win the prestigious Mercury Prize.
