DJ TANOV is a DJ based in Fribourg (CH), passionate about music and in business since 2023. Although relatively young on the scene, he has already established himself as a name on the urban scene in French-speaking Switzerland. Self-taught, he learned to mix himself, driven by a visceral passion for music and a sincere love of sharing. For him, becoming a DJ was an obvious, almost natural step. His sets vibrate to the rhythms of hip-hop and Afrobeat, styles that he grew up with and that give him the most authentic sensations. He’s also broadening his palette towards Latino, Baile Funk, Dancehall and EDM, always with a particular focus on the energy of the moment. On stage, DJ TANOV is renowned for his meticulous musical selection and transitions, making each set a unique experience. His aim? To get people dancing, singing and, above all, thrilled – even the most timid. He cultivates a unifying, festive and resolutely positive atmosphere. In just two years, he’s already performed at top venues like the D! Club and No Name in Lausanne, as well as at such iconic nights as Tataki, Vibe and other key events on the French-speaking Swiss scene. In Fribourg, he is a resident at the Cotton Club and the Café des Grands-Places, two key spots of the local nightlife scene.
