Cobeia is a music lover, DJ and record collector from Geneva. Curious to explore a wide range of styles, he unearths musical gems during long digging sessions. Traditional and modern African music, Outernational, Jazz, Afro-Funk, Post Punk, Disco, Cosmic, Italo, Wave, Electronic, Ambient, Experimental… are some of the genres he likes. Music that involves often a mix of instruments, synths, drum machines with an analog sound in a computer world 😉 He has mixed in many venues and Festivals in Geneva, Switzerland, Berlin, Thailand and Vietnam. Cobeia is also the curator and organiser of Ecoutes au vert (EAV), a series of musical events that has been running since 2006. Over the years, he has organised numerous concerts and evenings of electro-acoustic, African, Disco, Electronic, Experimental music… with talented local and international artists.
