Char Bell
HABIBISCO Disco Club is a collective and event concept born from the intersection of Arabic House and the universal energy of the dancefloor. Founded in Geneva, HABIBISCO explores the new sounds currently reshaping the international electronic music scene. Through a blend of Middle Eastern melodies, traditional percussion, iconic Arabic vocals, and contemporary electronic grooves, the collective creates immersive experiences where the Levant meets clubs around the world. Spanning Arabic House, Afro House, melodic Deep House, and disco influences, HABIBISCO celebrates music without borders, capable of making both Middle Eastern communities and the most demanding electronic music lovers dance.
For this edition of the Montreux Jazz Festival, HABIBISCO Disco Club is represented by Char Bell, a rising figure of this new Middle Eastern electronic scene. Based in Paris, Char Bell quickly made a name for himself thanks to sets blending Arabic sounds, Afro influences, and melodic deep house. In 2025, he opened for artists such as INNA, R3HAB, Kimotion, Charles B, Vanco, and Kasango, while also sharing the lineup with Black Coffee at the Cedars International Festival in Lebanon. His musical signature perfectly reflects the HABIBISCO universe: melodic lines inspired by Arabic musical heritage, powerful electronic rhythms, and a modern approach that connects Beirut, Cairo, Paris, Geneva, and the biggest international dancefloors.
For one evening at the Montreux Jazz Festival, HABIBISCO Disco Club takes over the Spotlight Stage for a celebration of Arabic House in all its forms, blending cultural heritage, musical innovation, and collective energy. An invitation to discover the soundtrack of a new generation of clubbers, where Middle Eastern traditions meet the future of electronic music.
