Hailing from the shores of Lake Geneva, Basile is a passionate music fan whose selections have crossed local stages from Zurich to Geneva, via Lausanne or the heights of Verbier, over the last few years. True to his Italian roots, he naturally gravitated towards italo-disco and italo-house, genres that have served as the foundations of his musical universe. His eclectic tastes and thirst for discovery have since broadened his musical universe to encompass house in all its sub-genres, as well as many related styles. His music is characterised by its ability to navigate between styles while maintaining a rhythmic energy – whether it’s nostalgic 80s and 90s vibes, or contemporary melodies. Basile is also dedicated to revitalising his region through music. In particular, he initiated ‘Le Feu au Lac’, a concept that pursues this vision and aims to showcase and support the local scene, which has been active for 4 years now.
