Owelle
Hailing from Geneva’s club scene, Owelle crafts a unique vision of electronic music. Free from boundaries or constraints, her compositions venture into uncharted territories, blending electronica, field recordings, club beats, and captivating vocals.
Whether behind the decks or performing live, Owelle skillfully navigates between genres and atmospheres. She fuses techno, IDM, and breakbeat, sprinkling it all with unsettling melodies. Her impactful style and high-energy sets caught the attention of Elena Colombi, who invited her to perform on NTS for her show.
From Paléo to La Bâtie, Electron, and Antigel, Owelle takes her audience on sonic journeys to the edges of space and time. After a series of independent releases, she signed two EPs on Creaked Records: Detuned Leashes and Entwinted Synergies, the latter accompanied by a hypnotic music video. In 2023, her first vinyl, It’s Okay, was released on Dee Dee’s Picks. Up next: 2025, with RDX_CLB, a highly anticipated EP on Creaked, featuring remixes by Ma Sha and Nite Fleit.
