Emmanuelle Antille

Artist and director, Emmanuelle Antille (born in 1972, lives and works in Switzerland) exhibits her films, video installations and photographs all over the world.


In 2003, she represented Switzerland at the 50th Venice Biennale in the national pavilion.

In 2012, she directed Avanti, a feature film with Hanna Schygulla, Nina Meurisse and Miou-Miou.

In 2020, her documentary film A Bright Light – Karen and the Process about singer Karen Dalton won the award for best music documentary at the Dock of the Bay festival in San Sebastián.

In 2021, Emmanuelle Antille published KD, a book written in parallel with the filming of the film on Karen Dalton in which text, photographs, drawings and unpublished archives on the cult singer are interwoven.
