Sparrow & Barbossa is a DJ and producer duo from Madrid, formed by Swiss pianist Bryan Coletta and Uruguayan Emiliano Haberli. Drawing from Bryan’s jazz and funk background and Emiliano’s Afro-Uruguayan roots, they blend organic instruments with electronic sounds. Their breakout came in 2018 with ‘Yeke’, followed by hits like ‘Nterini’ and their debut album ‘Seven Seas’ in 2021, which hit #1 on Traxsource and garnered over 11 million Spotify streams. In 2022, they founded their label Tortuga Tribes to promote “Caribbean House.” Their second album ‘Réciprocité’ (2023) includes collaborations with global artists, and their track “Champion” with Rampa hit #1 on Beatport’s Afro House chart.
