Sonny Catanese & Lucas Ramirez have been performing as a back-to-back DJ duo since 2005, delivering a dynamic musical journey that blends house, disco house, and nu disco/indie. Known for their effortless connection with the crowd, their sets create an engaging and uplifting atmosphere on the dance floor.
Over the years, they’ve shared the stage with some of the most respected names in the underground scene, playing at top Swiss festivals such as Montreux Jazz Festival (La Coupole), Afterseason, Caprices, Sundance, and Energy. They’ve also performed in renowned clubs like D! Club, Folklor, MAD Club, Komplex 457, and Älte Börse.
The duo are the founders of “Nobody’s Perfect,” a party concept that has become their signature in the Romandie region of Switzerland.
On his own, Sonny Catanese is also the co-founder of unique hotel event series like Démodé and Majestic Night. He co-curated the electronic stage at the Montreux Jazz Festival (Studio 41, The Studio, and Strobe Klub) and is currently the Artistic Director of the Afterseason Festival, a standout electronic music event set in the Swiss Alps (Villars) and along Leman Lake (La Tour-de-Peilz).
