Sarah Farina is an international DJ, producer and curator known for her genre-defying style called Rainbow Bass — a blend of bass-heavy, futuristic beats with influences from the hardcore continuum. Based in Berlin, she co-hosts the event series Emergent Bass, which celebrates Afro-diasporic influences in club culture. Through her project Transmission with Dr. Kerstin Meißner, she highlights the political relevance of global sound and rave culture. Recognized worldwide, she’s played alongside artists like DJ Rashad and Laurent Garnier, and her Boiler Room sets have gained international acclaim. Farina also teaches DJ workshops globally, emphasizing joy and inclusion.
