Founded in Lausanne in 2015, the La Main Mise collective is celebrating a decade of musical activism this year.
La Main Mise has established itself as a pillar of the electronic scene in French-speaking Switzerland, infusing each of its events with a free and curious energy.

Over the years, the collective has established an evolving sound aesthetic. From its early roots in house, italo and balearic, La Main Mise is now moving into more hybrid and percussive waters, exploring a spectrum ranging from breakbeat to UK bass, via techno, bass music and rough house.

The crew’s nights are renowned for their artistic rigour, their open-mindedness and their commitment to making bodies vibrate in a friendly atmosphere. From the intimate clubs of Lausanne to the big stages like the Montreux Jazz Festival, La Main Mise has been charting a bold, independent course for 10 years, in the service of parties and music.
