Since the beginning of 2022, Basel-based indie disco band Juicy Lemon Club have been impressing audiences with their relentless energy on stages all over Switzerland and Germany. After releasing their second single Rewind, they had a great summer of festivals in 2023 (including Moon&Stars and Gurten Festival). After that, they all paused their studies to focus more on their project. The result; the debut EP Sleepless, which was released on February 9, 2024. Tony Blackburn from BBC Radio 2 commented their first single 21. Night of May with these words: „Oh, I wish I could play that all over again for you. Ah, I love it! Thats the best one I’ve heard for a long time!“ The release of the Sleepless EP was followed by a release tour through Switzerland and Germany. Since then, they have released remixes of the EP, including one by renowned Finnish disco artist and DJ Roisto. After the farewell of their keyboarder, the three of them are now working on new music.
The band is currently preparing for upcoming concerts like on the Eurovision Square in Basel, with new live members.
