Joshua Vincent
Joshua Vincent – Aspiring singer, songwriter, producer and instrumentalist based in the suburbs of Zurich, Switzerland. He plays violin, guitar, bass, keyboard, can play some drums and sings. Overall, he’s just a musician. Joshua developed a love for songwriting and production at the age of 15, but his love for music dates back to when he firmed an instrument. At just three years old, he was able to take violin lessons with his sister and fell in love. This love for music has only grown over time. He is now 23 years old and still strives to learn new instruments, new techniques and all other aspects of music making. There is always a personal question posed in his songs, Joshua is trying to deal with reality by creating music. The song “Nowhere to Go,” for example, is about feeling lost and confused in this world and constantly trying to finish his way out. Joshua grew up listening to a lot of different genres like classical music, hip hop, jazz, rock, and pop from the 70s to 90s. He is inspired by the people around him, but artists like Childish Gambino, Kid Cudi and Mac Miller shaped his youth and inspired his sound as well.
