JASS, also known as Jessica Chevillat, is an artist of Brazilian descent, born in Lausanne, whose music blends modern influences with sounds deeply rooted in Brazilian culture. After growing up in Rio de Janeiro, she returned to Switzerland at the age of 20. With her solo project JASS, she has made a name for herself at prestigious festivals such as Cully Jazz, Montreux Jazz, and Festival de la Cité. Her music is a sonic journey combining Brazilian pop, neo-soul, electro, and funk, enriched by subtle touches of Brazilian rhythms and harmonies. Through her Portuguese lyrics, she explores deep and universal themes, creating a space where the sensuality of groove meets the intensity of human emotion.
