DJ Idem is a major figure in Swiss and international hip-hop. Awarded Best Urban DJ at the Swiss Hip-Hop Awards in 2008, he founded his own label, Big Factory Records, the following year. An affiliate of the Wu-Tang Clan Swiss Official, he has collaborated with legends such as Jeru the Damaja, Naughty by Nature, and Quincy Jones. Known for his electrifying live shows, he has performed worldwide (Japan, Morocco, Europe) and appeared on Canal+, BBC Radio 1Xtra, and Planète Rap. He holds a Guinness World Record for group scratching and has produced several successful albums. In 2024, he became the first DMC France “Open Format” champion and ranked 4th at the world finals. Culturally and socially committed, he also runs music workshops for youth.
