Amuse Bouche is a Lausanne-based music project that blends house, disco, afro and deep house in an immersive, sensory approach. Founded on a DIY spirit and a passion for creative hospitality, the collective takes care of every aspect of its performances, from musical production to visual identity. Formed by Merz, Chun Hao and Niceyboy, the trio draw on their varied backgrounds – classical music, haute cuisine and the visual arts – to create sets that touch the emotions as much as the bodies. Each member brings a singular but complementary vision, shaping coherent and intense sonic experiences. Their live performances, from the Montreux Jazz Café to clubs like Glu Glu in Bern, are marked by communicative energy and carefully crafted transitions.
