Eric de Visscher

Eric de Visscher is a researcher and exhibition curator. He was artistic director of the IRCAM/Centre Pompidou, then director of the Musée de la musique (Philharmonie de Paris). He is currently a visiting professor at the V&A Research Institute at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and collaborates with the Musée du Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac in Paris. He has published in several journals and exhibition catalogues and recently edited a special issue of Curator: The Museum Journal (New York), entitled ‘Sonic’.
