Matteo Diop

Matteo Diop is a DJ from Brittany, now based in Paris, whose musical approach is rooted in house music, groove and a strong vinyl culture. Influenced early on by his father’s record collection, he developed a sound shaped by Afro-American influences, combining classic house elements with more contemporary selections.

A skilled selector with a deep knowledge of his music, Matteo is equally comfortable playing on vinyl, bringing a more instinctive and refined approach to his sets. His sets are driven by selection and timing, with a strong sense of rhythm that keeps the dancefloor engaged throughout.

He has performed across France and internationally, with key appearances in France, Italy, Spain and Morocco among others, and has held residencies including Indie Group in Saint-Tropez. He has also shared the stage with artists such as Seth Troxler, Lil Louis, Kerri Chandler and Joseph Capriati. His sets are defined by a consistent energy and a strong musical identity, where his personality naturally comes through, creating a direct connection with the dancefloor in every context.
