Fermecat
Fermecat is a Geneva-based artist who has been active on the local scene since 2018. In his musical world, genres blend together to give way to the energy present in his selections. His sets range from progressive house and proto-house to techno and indie dance. His productions reflect this unique universe, infused with all these influences that give the whole an undeniable flavor and richness: He released his first EP, “Playground,” on the Ski Club label in 2018, featuring established artists Pekodjinn and Neya1200 from the Ozadya collective. Four avant-garde house tracks, influenced by Baile Funk, Lo-Fi, and Disco.
Drawing on influences from the ’80s and ’90s, he delivers high-energy tracks tinged with nostalgia, such as “Paysages Oniriques,” a track aired on the national channel Couleur 3. As a DJ, he has performed with Le Ski Club at the best festivals and clubs in the Lake Geneva region, as well as at numerous raves, from Geneva to Montreal.
