Roxane
Swiss-born and London-trained, Roxane crafts raw vintage pop at the crossroads of soul and folk. Her vibrant, rough voice evokes Etta James or Betty Davis. Discovered on Instagram at 19, she caught the attention of producer Paul O’Duffy (Amy Winehouse), with whom she is preparing her debut album for 2026.
Shaped by a dual musical culture—70s Anglo-Saxon rock and French variété—she refines intimate, sensitive songwriting. Her aesthetic, inspired by fifties glamour and Twin Peaks, acts as a bridge between past and present. Her influences, from Lana Del Rey to Beth Gibbons, combine intensity with the art of turning struggle into language.
Her songs, written alone on guitar, serve as a private journal. They explore love, loss, and resilience: “I do it for myself first. To heal.” On stage, Roxane doesn’t perform; she vibrates. Without artifice, she seeks to touch the intimate and the flaw, creating an immediate connection.
Following her acclaimed EP, In Another Place and Time, her upcoming album—recorded in Paris and London with musicians from Jungle and the Bee Gees—will mark a more orchestral and free turning point. Roxane describes herself as a “timeless soul” and an instinctive go-getter. She still believes in love, even when bruised, and her ambition for the next decade is simple: “Let them say that I wrote beautiful songs.” It is already the case.
