DJ Laxxiste A.

Laxxiste A. is a DJ, producer, and composer based in Geneva, recognized for his musical eclecticism and immersive performances, both in DJ sets and live acts. Active for over a decade in the underground scene, he has been a resident at Le Motel Campo since 2013 and has held residencies at Le Zoo. He also co-organized numerous rave parties under the alias of the duo Oram Modular, actively contributing to the local independent culture. He advocates for an autonomous and unformatted vision of electronic music, far from commercial logic and imposed trends. A versatile musician, he founded the band Ethyos 440, a hybrid and psychedelic project with multiple references, through which he develops a more organic approach to club scenes and live performances. More recently, he joined the band Gilbert Forever on guitar, which will release its first LP in March on Cheptel Records.

His sets freely traverse house, techno, jungle, dub, trance, breakbeat, and other electronic territories, guided only by the intensity of the moment, the sincerity of the sound, and the connection to the dancefloor. Between eclectic selections and personal productions influenced by wide-ranging musical listening, he constructs intense, raw, and immersive journeys designed for long nights and demanding dancefloors.

Blending DJ sets, live performances, and personal productions, he develops an instinctive approach nourished by an extensive musical culture, as well as his background as a musician. A versatile artist, he also composes for cinema, fashion, and various artistic projects. His upcoming vinyl release on Les Disques Magnétiques (Bongo Joe) extends this independent trajectory, anchored in experimentation and artistic freedom.
