The Montreux Jazz Festival offers a dedicated offer for people with disabilities
Orders will be processed from the programme announcement on 31 March 2026 at 11:00 AM. in order of receipt and subject to availability.
The offer includes:
- A reserved seat in the Accessibility Area at a reduce rate (12% off the standing ticket rate)
- A free seated ticket for one companion (if needed, our trained accessibility team can also assist you)
- Access to specially designated areas for people with disabilities
- A dedicated team trained to welcome and assist people with disabilities
- This offer is available to all people with permanent disabilities, regardless of the type of disability (motor, sensory, cognitive, psychological, etc.)
Limited availability – To ensure everyone’s comfort, we only accept one companion per concert.
Ordering process
- Complete the order form on computer or in print (available on the right side of this page)
- Send it per email to accessibility@mjf.ch, at least 24 hours before the concert
- Tickets are guaranteed upon confirmation from our team and receipt of payment.
The Accessibility offer is reserved for people with a permanent disability. Temporary conditions, such as a broken leg, do not qualify for this offer.
In such cases, a standard ticket can be purchased through our official channels. Visitors are welcome to stop by the Accessibility Stand on the day of the event: if space is available, the team will do their best to accommodate. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and drop-ins are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
