Using sound examples taken from recent projects at the Musée du Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac (Paris) and MEG (Geneva), Eric de Visscher (exhibition curator) and Luc Martinez (composer and sound designer) explore the growing role of sound in museums. Today, sound objects and installations, immersive situations and musical playlists are all part of the visitor experience, creating new and sensitive relationships with museum collections.
