2019 will mark a turning point in South-Korean singer Youn Sun Nah’s carrer, as Warner Music will release her 10th album. One of the most acclaimed jazz singers over the past decade, the South-Korean vocalist went gold twice (in France and Germany). She is well-known for being artistically open-minded. Her songbook includes covers from the rock, folk and French songs repertoires, as well as original tunes. Now she pursues this musical journey by delivering a new opus that differs from her previous albums, which had been recorded ‘live in studio’. It took some time to polish her new album Immersion and feed it with the ideas brought by Clément Ducol (Camille, Melody Gardot). The subtle arrangements put together acoustic and electric tones, but also strings and electro touches. Youn Sun Nah’s voice and personality will more than ever mark people's minds and hearts all around the globe.
