CONDITIONS DE VENTE

Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Nightlife Pass

Wristband non-transferable

18 years of age or over, on presentation of proof of identity

Tickets must be exchanged for wristbands:

  • From 4pm to 11pm: at the Package box office, in the main hall of the 2m2c.
  • From 10pm: directly at the entrance to the night venues.

1 unique wristband for the whole Festival (16 days). In case of loss or withdrawal, the wristband will not be replaced.*

Reservations cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

In the event of large crowds, the Montreux Jazz Festival reserves the right to temporarily block the entrance to a specific venue. The Nightlife Pass entitles the holder to priority entry to nightlife venues, accompanied by one person per venue per evening. In the event of abuse or inappropriate behavior, the Festival reserves the right to withdraw the wristband permanently, without refund or compensation.

A single wristband is issued for the entire duration of the festival. the organizer reserves the right not to replace or exchange damaged or lost wristbands. *if, for professional reasons, you need to remove your wristband, please inform the organizer in advance by e-mail or by going to the Packages counter located at the Box Office in the main hall of the 2m2c.

With each order, a 10% promotional code is offered on items* from the Montreux Jazz Shop.

*Excluding previously reduced items, limited editions, DCM vinyls and tickets. Code valid only during the 57th edition of the Festival, from June 30 to July 15, 2023, in the Montreux Jazz Shop (Avenue Claude-Nobs 2, 1820 Montreux) and in the Festival boutiques

Change of line-up and cancellation

All the artists announced have confirmed their participation in the Festival. Cancellations or changes to the line-up are possible and will be announced at the evening ticket office as well as on our website, our social networks and our newsletter

In case of a refund, only tickets purchased through the official Festival channels will be refunded.

Postponement

If one evening is postponed to another date, the tickets will be automatically valid for the new date. Ticketholders will have the choice of either keeping their ticket for the new date or receiving a refund according to the deadlines and processes provided for this purpose. Ticketholders will receive information by email. Once the deadline has passed, requests will no longer be taken into consideration.

Ticket theft or loss

In case of ticket theft or loss, no refund or replacement claim shall be considered.

Sound and image recording

It is forbidden to film/photograph/record sounds and/or images during the concerts. This also concerns live performances of the artists/groups as well as the broadcasts to the Festival screens. Violation of this rule may result in the confiscation of the equipment used and the immediate expulsion from the Festival grounds, without compensation.

Concerts and venues within the Montreux Jazz Festival may be filmed or photographed. Due to your presence at the Festival site, you agree that your image will be used without compensation of any kind.

TERMS OF ACCESS

Age restrictions

For safety reasons, children under 6 will not be admitted to the concerts. All ticket holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The organiser declines all responsibility for any problems encountered as a result of a violation of this rule.

Entry to the concerts

All tickets must be exchanged for an entry wristband. The organiser reserves the right not to replace or exchange damaged or lost bracelets.

It is forbidden to bring the following items to the concerts: luggage or bulky backpacks, bottles or glass objects, plastic bottles, cans, thermos flasks, animals, cameras, audio recorders, umbrellas, seats of any kind, rollerblades, skateboards, pyrotechnic objects, weapons of any kind, objects to throw, tear gas, helmets, flag poles, banners, signs and any dangerous object that may be used as a projectile. A check is carried out at the concert entrances. A free locker in which prohibited items can be left will be made available to Festivalgoers. If the owner of an unauthorised and/or dangerous object refuses to part with it, access will be refused without refund of the ticket.

Smoking is prohibited (including electronic cigarettes) inside of the concert venues.

It is important to respect the concert times displayed on our website and available at the Festival site. Spectators arriving after the start of the concert will only be allowed to enter the hall at the end of a piece or, at the explicit request of an artist, during an interval.

The Festival employees will work to offer the best comfort and safety conditions to all Festivalgoers. They have been training all year to best respond to any issues related to crowd control and risk prevention in a festival environment. Staff guidelines given at the entrances must be respected.
