Every day during the Festival, tickets for the concert of the same evening will be available for sale as of 4pm at the Box Office of the Festival, situated at the main entrance of the Music and Convention Center.
Important: If no concert tickets are available via our website, solely one ticket per person can be purchased.
We highly recommend purchasing tickets only through the official points of sale as mentioned above. The Festival organizers decline their liability regarding tickets purchased outside of these points of sale.
Cancellation and ticket reimbursement
All scheduled artists have confirmed their participation in our Festival. Nonetheless, changes remain possible. Concert cancellations or changes in the line-up do not give any right to get a concert ticket exchanged or reimbursed.

In case all concert scheduled on one evening is cancelled, the Festival reserves the right to decide whether or not to reimburse or exchange concert tickets within a period of 30 days depending on the circumstances of the latter.
Reimbursement for lost or stolen tickets is strictly excluded.
Print@Home tickets are concert tickets which are to be printed at home. The organizers are unable to provide the material to do so on the Festival site. Any person who has lost or forgotten his/her Print@Home ticket will not be granted access to the concert halls on ground of a missing ticket.
Your confirmation email is not a valid ticket. Only your print-at-home ticket with barcode will be accepted. Make sure the barcode on your ticket is easily readable. If the barcode is damaged, do not hesitate to reprint your ticket and destroy the previous one.
The Festval organizers can refuse entry to the concert halls if several print outs, falsifications or imitations of a Print@Home ticket have been made.
For security reasons, all children younger than 6 (six) are not permitted to enter the concerts halls nor to access the Boats or Jazz Trains. The organizers decline all liability for any injuries caused by a violation of this rule.
All teenagers younger than 16 years need to be accompanied by an adult to access the concerts halls.
18 years of age or older are required to enter The Montreux Jazz Boats, The Rock Cave, The Studio, Bar El Mundo, aftershows at Motnreux Jazz Lab and at Montreux Jazz Club.
The organizer rejects any liability for injuries and damages resulting from violation of this rule.
Access to the concert halls
All tickets must be exchanged for a bracelet granting access to the concert halls. They are available as of 16h on different spots on the Festival site. The Festival organizer reserves the right to refuse any exchange or restitution of entrance bracelets in case they are damaged or has been lost.
The following items are not allowed in the concert halls: Glass bottles or glass objects, P.E.T. bottles, cans, pyrotechnical objects, weapons, knives, objects to throw, scissors, blades, lachrymator, animal, cameras, luggage, umbrella, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards.
A compulsory control will be carried out before entering a concert hall. The organizers own the right to limit the access to the latter.
It is prohibited to smoke inside the Montreux Music and Convention Center (2m2c) and to take pictures or film during the concerts.
It is important to respect the starting times of the concerts. They are communicated via our website and on the site. In case of late arrival, the organizers cannot guarantee an optimum view.
Spectators arriving after the beginning of a concert are solely authorized to enter the concert hall at the end of a song or, on specific demand of an artist, during the intermission.
Every spectator is committed to abide by the orders of the security staff.
